In Person and online workshops with Zoë

Being creative is really good for your mental health. Spending time creating with Zoë is a no-brainer when we're all so overstretched and underloved.

And, get this:

you don't have to be good at art for it to 'work'.

You just need a touch of curiosity, a bit of bravery and a willingness to try something new (or revisit something you used to enjoy).

Corporate wellbeing workshops

Zoe has a mobile studio that has travelled to conferences, homes, schools and of course, the brewery. Wherever you are, if there's any space to play, Zoe can make it work.

Below are some options for creative art play workshops in your space.

The Playdate

1 hour, weekly.

A free-form weekly drop in, with drawing, collage, and various craft activities to dip into and try. Try bilateral drawing, colouring pages, simple crafty exercises and general messing about. The space is quietly arranged, with conversations kept to a minimum. Simple catering can be provided at extra cost.

The Long Lunch

2-hr one-off workshop

A guided workshop in three parts — a check-in, warmup and main project. Activities may include hidden gem abstract art postcards, wall hangings, poster design, or handmade funky sketchbooks. The choice is yours — one activity per group worshop.

The Adventure

3 or 6 week course

A guided progression of self-discovery. For those who want a deeper knowledge of how creativity can help their mental health and well-being, using creative therapies. Discussion material each week plus creative activities will equip participants to look after their mental health and wellbeing and find enjoyment and benefit in creative pursuits. Each session is two hours length, delivered once per week.
